- Kindly reply to email you receive after Live event to arrange. 
- We hope that you can understand we may need to suggest alternative day and time to be efficient in our schedule. 
- You are advised to be early and on time. 
- Failure to turn up within 20 minutes after the scheduled timing may result to have your items collected at Punggol MRT Station instead. -  

- We prioritise shipping cheaply instead of shipping safely, please let us know in advance if you wish us to pack safely instead.

- We help you to repack the items to cut the volumetric dimensions to save money, please let us know after you have receive an email from us.

- We uses International Airmail to post your items. If dimensions of your parcel is too big, We will have to use Singapore Speedpost Service.- Please note that you are advised to visit https://www.singpost.com/ for shipping rates. We are unable to provide the exact shipping rates until we pack the items.

- We will invoice you the shipping fees separately, after the Live.

- Any shipping not paid for within 3 days, items are forfeited.
