SHIPPING POLICY

We allow consolidation of orders. Orders are automatically consolidated when you request for shipping invoice.

Kindly contact us via Facebook to arrange shipment/delivery for your items. 

If any player is found to make no attempt to arrange shipment/delivery for the won items, we reserve the right to give items away. 

We are not liable for any damages during postage using third party couriers.

Residents in Singapore:

Residents Overseas:

- We prioritise shipping cheaply instead of shipping safely, please let us know in advance if you wish us to pack safely instead.

- We help you to open your items and repack them to cut the volumetric dimensions to save money, please let us know. 

- We uses International Airmail to post your items. If dimensions of your parcel is too big, We will have to use Singapore Speedpost Service.

- We will invoice you the shipping fees separately, after the Live.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final and returns are not accepted.

However, there are some cases in which local postal services may return your parcel to us because of it being unclaimed, failure to pay import fees, etc. If that happens, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. In case a reshipment fee is required, our shop will not be able to cover it, therefore we will require that the customer pay for it. Please note that items will be re-shipped in the same condition as they are returned to our store. Postage fees for initial delivery are non-refundable.
